Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed and packed within 7 business days, except for pre-orders. Pre-ordered items will be shipped after stock arrives or once the book officially releases. Shipping details for pre-orders can be found in the product description.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your parcel.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using Australia Post from Brisbane. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, with an estimated timeframe of 1-15 business days. Please allow additional time for delays due to COVID-19, customs processing, or seasonal holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking instructions. Jaye Pratt is not responsible for any additional customs fees or import duties. We take care to mark shipments correctly to help avoid extra charges, but any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delays & Missing Parcels

We understand that shipping delays and lost parcels can happen. While we provide tracking information for all orders, if you experience any issues, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
